Destroying property is NOT protest. It’s criminal.

I’ve seen the pictures empty streets, a burning building, and even a government truck nearby. Who set fire to Magunas? What do WANTAM and Gen Z issues have to do with destroying businesses that feed our families?

Congratulations to the courageous Mt. Kenya Dairy workers who protected their premises. It took several years for this institution to be here today. We feed and thrive from it. It's a source of income for many of us. Several other businesses are our support system. We must all take a stand. The next time Maandamano shows up, let’s come out and defend our businesses and communities.

We are also calling for an investigation into the learning institutions allegedly involved in inciting masses to join violent protests. This must stop. Looters and goons who took advantage of the chaos must be brought to book. Accountability is not optional.

To the Kenya police where were you? You’re quick to confront peaceful protesters, but nowhere in sight when criminals set businesses on fire and rob people of their livelihoods. We demand better. Direct your energy toward the real lawbreakers.

Proverbs 24:1–2 reminds us:
"Do not envy the wicked, do not desire their company; for their hearts plot violence, and their lips talk about making trouble."

Let’s not be fooled. Violence is not activism. It’s destruction. And it’s killing jobs, businesses, and the hopes of an entire generation.

This is not how we fix Kenya.

May God have mercy on us.
