Our client, a modern school located in Nyamache Sub-County, Kisii County, is seeking a highly skilled, competent, and motivated Head Teacher to lead the institution towards excellence.

*Position: Headteacher*

*Requirements:*

*Academic Qualifications:* Minimum of a Diploma in Education.

*Experience:*
At least 3 years of experience as a Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher, with experience in curriculum implementation and school operations.

*Professional Compliance:*
TSC Registered and compliant, with adherence to CBC standards.

*Skills & Competencies:*

~ Strong people management skills.
~ Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written).
~Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
