✨ Kiyovu Place – Option Two: The Terraced Twins

Inspired by Kigali’s rolling hills and vibrant culture, this concept flows with the city’s natural topography, rising and curving around a lively central plaza.

Two leaning towers form a graceful optical illusion, each tilt creating its own private access: one leading to a hotel and serviced apartments, the other to a modern Grade-A office tower. Below, a dynamic podium brings the two together with retail and entertainment spaces full of life and movement.

The façade design pays tribute to Rwanda’s artistic heritage, weaving in patterns inspired by traditional Migongo art; a timeless touch to a bold contemporary vision.

✨ Kiyovu Place - Option One: The Vertical Veil

Inspired by Rwanda’s poetic landscape and cultural artistry, Kiyovu Place draws from the rhythmic geometry of Migongo art and the layered contours of the “Land of a Thousand Hills”.
The facade forms a shimmering veil; a contemporary expression of tradition, enveloping elegant mixed-use towers that rise with quiet confidence over Kigali.

The interior spaces of Harrington Residences are characterized by floor to ceiling windows and spacious balconies which allow them to enjoy the spectacular views of Kigali Golf Course and Vision City. These also allow them to receive ample natural sunlight for daylighting, giving them a sustainable aspect. Harrington Residences is the apex of luxury living. Complete with amenities, its residents can effortlessly experience every-day life in an elite environment. It comprises of 86 apartments and 14 luxury townhouses with expansive views of the Kigali Golf Course. The apartments are designed into 2,3 and 4-bedroom layouts. The curved layout of the residences allows them to sit perfectly on site while stepped terraces are seen cascading on the far ends, causing the development to blend perfectly with the hills of Kigali.
