It is amazing how our unfolding these powers were of essence to owning our sides even when the first instinct was to take blame

This weekend we explore and deepen the magic of: The systemic journey that leads us through what can feel like a sociological prison often begins in victimhood, the place where we experience life as something that was done to us. That experience is real, and the victim part exists not to trap us, but to help us connect more deeply with our humanity beyond the identity of suffering.

As the journey deepens, another force begins to emerge: the inner engine, the life energy within us that helps us continue the daily struggle of breaking through historical conditioning, systemic oppression, and inherited pain.

Alongside this, our elders hold memory, wisdom, and hold the space of a burning campfire, a place of reflection, grounding, and collective healing that reminds us we do not walk the journey alone.

These processes are not linear. Victimhood, resistance, freedom, struggle, wisdom, and healing are all happening at the same time, from the day we are born until the day we transcend

Transition, Inner Toolkits & Coloring Outside the Lines – A Weekend of Learning and Connection ✨
DDI Kenya community came together for a transformative seminar facilitated by Daisy Nduku and Julia Wolfson, exploring Transitions, Finding Your Inner Toolkit, and Coloring Outside the Lines. Participants engaged in powerful learning experiences — discovering their inner toolkits and “vitamins,” finding what grounds them in turbulent times, and working with Process Work concepts such as Slow Power and Ghost Roles. The Open Forum on Coloring Outside the Lines offered deeply moving insights, with panelists Christine Kuria (TinTin), Mildred Opondo, and Joseph Odupoi sharing their personal and professional journeys. From caregiving and women’s leadership to community resilience among the Maasai, their stories beautifully illuminated how Process Work comes alive in everyday life and action.We extend heartfelt appreciation to everyone who made this seminar possible — our face-to-face facilitation team , and our online team and Stephanie Bachmair — for holding and connecting the space so beautifully. Deep gratitude as well to Worldwork Journalism for providing the hybrid session platform, and to the wider DDI International community for their continued support..
