Last week of doing goal setting, yeeeiiih! Has been a pretty exciting journey .Will be sharing lessons learnt through my engagement with the different clients I have had.
Lesson 3 : For change to occur something has to give....you can't do same old same old and expect different results. Today's lesson...you can't have goals that are a secret. Yes, I know, you shouldn't announce it to the world either but you need to share it with someone. Have an accountability partner. It can be a spouse/a friend/a relative etc whoever, but do not keep them a secret! Get someone who will not allow you to make excuses, someone who will ask you difficult questions but most importantly someone who will cheer you on! Remember, Goals are meant to inspire you and not to beat yourself up with!
