What a day at City Park! 🌳🔥
Students from our LEADS and LEAP programs came together for an exciting team-building session filled with laughter, challenges, and meaningful reflection. Every activity echoed lessons from our Elevate Phase—pushing us to grow, connect, and lead with intention.
Moments like these remind us that learning goes beyond the classroom. 💪

Leadership grows stronger when ideas meet.
In our sessions, our students engage in group discussions—listening, sharing perspectives, and building solutions together.
Group work reminds us that leadership is not about having all the answers, but about creating space for every voice to contribute. Together, we learn. Together, we lead.

We officially launched our LEADS class in Machakos in collaboration with Tuboreshe Pamoja Organization.
During the first session, the students were introduced to the program through an orientation and a foundational discussion on leadership.
We look forward to walking this journey together as we nurture purposeful, values-driven leaders who will positively impact their communities.
