Today, Patrick Odongo , one of our outstanding student-athletes, came to say hello and share his progress. It was encouraging to hear how well he is doing in both academics and rugby, where he continues to shine while representing Daystar University and our country with pride.

Patrick is a resilient and determined young man, and it’s always a joy to see our students grow and succeed.

During my visit to Houston, Texas, USA, I held highly productive and collaborative meetings with our partner institutions. We agreed on priority areas to strengthen cooperation in teaching, research, innovation, and institutional development.I appreciate the warm hospitality and look forward to the next steps.

What a tragedy. He represented both the Luhya and national aspirations in the political arena. He epitomized courage, generosity and determination. He truly lifted our aspirations as a people.
