១. ផ្លូវលេខ P8R01 មានប្រវែងសរុប ៦,៣៥៣ ម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងនោះមានផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ DBST ប្រវែង ៥,៤២៤ ម៉ែត្រ និងផ្លូវក្រាលបេតុងប្រវែង ៩២៩ ម៉ែត្រ មានវឌ្ឍនភាពសាងសង់សម្រេចបាន ៦៦.៦០%។
២. ផ្លូវលេខ P8R02 មានប្រវែងសរុប ៥,៦៨០ ម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងនោះមានផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ DBST ប្រវែង ៤៨០០ម៉ែត្រ និងផ្លូវក្រាលបេតុងប្រវែង ៨៨០ ម៉ែត្រ មានវឌ្ឍនភាពសាងសង់សម្រេចបាន ៦១.២៩%។
៣. ផ្លូវលេខ P8R05 មានប្រវែងសរុប ៥,៦៦៧ ម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងនោះមានផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ DBST ប្រវែង ៥,៥៣០ ម៉ែត្រ និងផ្លូវក្រាលបេតុងប្រវែង ១៤,៦៩៦ ម៉ែត្រ មានវឌ្ឍនភាពសាងសង់សម្រេចបាន ៥២.៨១%។
៤. ផ្លូវលេខ P8R06 មានប្រវែងសរុប ៧,៥៤៩ ម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងនោះមានផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ DBST ប្រវែង ៧១៧៧ម៉ែត្រ និងផ្លូវក្រាលបេតុងប្រវែង៣៧២ ម៉ែត្រ មានវឌ្ឍនភាពសាងសង់សម្រេចបាន ៦២.៧៩%។
៥. ផ្លូវលេខ P8R07 មានប្រវែងសរុប ៩,៩៤៦ ម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងនោះមានផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ DBST ប្រវែង ៨,៨២៧ ម៉ែត្រ និងផ្លូវក្រាលបេតុងប្រវែង ១,១១៩ ប្រវែង ម៉ែត្រ មានវឌ្ឍនភាពសាងសង់សម្រេចបាន ៧៤.១៩%។

ក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសសាងសង់ បានចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើការដំឡើងសរសៃដែក និងពុម្ព ក៏ដូចជាការងារសំណង់សិល្បការ្យដទៃទៀតរួមមាន លូមូល លូប្រអប់ និងស្ពាន។ លើសពីនេះ ក្រុមការងារបានបន្តពិនិត្យលើការកៀរកិន និងបង្ហាប់ស្រទាប់ដីសរ (subgrade) និងការចាក់បំពេញដីគ្រួសក្រហម (subbase) លើខ្សែផ្លូវទាំង៥ខាងលើ ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងស្រុកកំពង់ត្រឡាច និងស្រុកទឹកផុស។

បច្ចុប្បន្ន ក្រោមក្របខ័ណ្ឌនៃគម្រោង SAAMBAT ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំងទទួលបានផ្លូវជនបទសរុបចំនួន ១១ខ្សែ មានប្រវែង ៥៦,៥៧ គ.ម ក្នុងនោះផ្លូវមួយខ្សែក្នុងស្រុករលាប្អៀរ និងពីរខ្សែទៀតក្នុងស្រុកបរិបូរណ៍ ត្រូវបានស្ថាបនារួចរាល់ក្នុងជំហានទី១ ចំណែកស្រុកកំពង់ត្រឡាច និងស្រុកទឹកផុសទទួលបានផ្លូវចំនួន ៦ខ្សែ ដែលកំពុងស្ថាបនាក្នុងជំហានទី២ ក្រោមវឌ្ឍនភាពដូចបានរៀបរាប់ខាងលើ៕

As of May 27, 2026, the rural road construction team of the SAAMBAT project of the Ministry of Rural Development has inspected five roads currently under construction in Package W-08B (Lot - 1) in Kampong Chhnang, with the following progress:

1. Road No. P8R01 has a total length of 6,353 meters, including 5,424 meters of DBST and 929 meters of RC, with a construction progress of 66.60%.
2. Road No. P8R02 has a total length of 5,680 meters, including 4,800 meters of DBST and 880 meters of RC, with a construction progress of 61.29%.
3. Road No. P8R05 has a total length of 5,667 meters, including 5,530 meters of DBST and 14,696 meters of RC, with a construction progress of 52.81%.
4. Road No. P8R06 has a total length of 7,549 meters, including 7,177 meters of DBST and 372 meters of RC, with construction progress of 62.79%.
5. Road No. P8R07 has a total length of 9,946 meters, including 8,827 meters of DBST and 1,119 meters of RC, with construction progress of 74.19%.

The construction technical team thoroughly examined the installation of rebar and formwork, as well as other relevant infrastructure works, such as pipe and box culverts and bridges. Additionally, they continued to assess the grading and compaction of the subgrade and the dumping (spreading) of the subbase layer on the five roads above, which are located in the Kampong Tralach and Teuk Phos districts.

It is worth noting that these five rural roads, totalling 35.21 km, including 31.79 km paved with DBST and 3.44 km paved with RC, will directly benefit 18,246 households, representing 75,620 people, of whom 39,262 are women (52%).

Currently, under the SAAMBAT project, Kampong Chhnang province is receiving a total of 11 rural roads, spanning 56.57 km, and specifically, one road in the Rolea B'ier district, and two roads in the Baribour district were completed during phase 1, while the Kampong Tralach and Tuek Phos districts have six roads currently under active construction during phase 2, under the progress mentioned above.

On May 20, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, accompanied by the ministry management team, technical officials, and officials from the Provincial Departments of Rural Development, conducted an inspection visit to review progress on four rural road construction activities under the SAAMBAT project in Pursat Province, as follows:

The road line 1: (Phumi Baku - Ptas Sre) has a total length of 7.61 km, 7 meters wide, which consists of 7.03 km of double-bituminous surface treatment (DBST) pavement and 0.58 km of reinforced concrete (RC) pavement, and several relevant infrastructures, connecting Ptas Sre village, Svay Loung commune, to Baku village, Sre Sdok commune, Kandieng district. The road will directly benefit 1,113 households, representing 3,875 people, and indirectly benefit 4,592 households, representing 17,696 people. The road began construction in May 2025, and to date, it has achieved 87% of the results.

The road line 2: (Voat Preah Theat - Phumi Thmei) has a total length of 5.37 km, 7 meters wide, which consists of 5.12 km of double-bituminous surface treatment (DBST) pavement and 0.25 km of reinforced concrete (RC) pavement, and several relevant infrastructures, connecting Baku village, to Thlea Ampil village, Sre Sdok commune, Kandieng district,. The road will directly benefit 916 households, representing 3,258 people, and indirectly benefit 2,865 households, representing 11,025 people. The road began construction in August 2025, and to date, it has achieved 47.93% of the results.

The road line 3: (Sthani - Thlok - Boeng Chak) has a total length of 11 km, 7 meters wide, which consists of 8.74km of double-bituminous surface treatment (DBST) pavement and 2.26 km of reinforced concrete (RC) pavement, and several relevant infrastructures, connecting Sthani village, Kandieng commune, to Boeng Chak village, Sya commune, Kandieng district. The road will directly benefit 1,747 households, representing 6,538 people, and indirectly benefit 2,277 households, representing 8,351 people. The road began construction in August 2025, and to date, it has achieved 53.48% of the results.

The road line 4: (Banteay Trork - Kampong Sambour) has a total length of 4.27 km, 8 meters wide, which consists of 3.93 km of double-bituminous surface treatment (DBST) pavement and 0.34 km of reinforced concrete (RC) pavement, and several relevant infrastructures, connecting Banteay Trork, Sre Sdok commune, to Boeng Chuk, Kandieng commune, Kandieng district. The road will directly benefit 842 households, representing 3,152 people, and indirectly benefit 6,963 households, representing 23,330 people. The road began construction in August 2025, and to date, it has achieved 44.4% of the results.

During the inspection visit, the Minister instructed the technical consultant and the contractors on-site to accelerate construction in line with the contract and strictly comply with technical standards, ensuring high quality that can serve the long-term benefits of local people.

It is worth noting that the above four roads are under the SAAMBAT project of the Ministry of Rural Development, using cooperative financing between the Royal Government of Cambodia, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), and the European Union's Asian Investment Fund (EU-AIF).

As of May 18, 2026, the rural road construction team of the SAAMBAT project of the Ministry of Rural Development has inspected the rural road P5R15 (Phumi Poun - Wat Krapum Chhuk) under Package W-05B (Lot-2) in Takeo province. The team thoroughly examined the Double Bituminous Surface Treatment (DBST) pavement on this road in accordance with technical construction standards.

The road has a total length of 6.78 km, out of 5.86 km paved with DBST and 0.92 km paved with RC, with 12 locations of pipe culvert, connecting Chontoal Mek village, Pichsar commune, to Krapum Chhuk village, Krapum Chhuk commune, Kaoh Andaet district, Takeo province. The road will directly benefit 1,379 households, representing 5,998 people, of whom 2,856 are women (47.6%), and indirectly benefit 3,173 households, representing 13,063 people, of whom 7,057 are women (54%).

It is worth noting that the SAAMBAT project is being implemented in 12 target provinces, while Takeo province is receiving 5 rural roads, spanning 43.20 km, of which two roads in Treang district, and two roads in Kaoh Andaet district were completed. The above road, P5R15, is under construction with 94% progress and will be completed soon.

ក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសសាងសង់ បានចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើការធ្វើតេស្តបង្ហាប់ដោយរមូរធ្ងន់និងការស្រោចកៅស៊ូទ្រនាប់ការពារនៅលើផ្លូវ។ លើសពីនេះ ក្រុមការងារក៏បានត្រួតពិនិត្យលើការដំឡើងបង្គោលបង្ហាញផ្លូវ និងបំពេញបន្ថែមចំណុចខ្វះខាតលើការដាំស្មៅក្បែរដងផ្លូវផងដែរ។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន ខ្សែផ្លូវនេះសម្រេចវឌ្ឍនភាពសាងសង់បានជាង ៨០% និងត្រូវបិទបញ្ចប់នាពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុខ។

គួរបញ្ជាក់ជូនផងដែរថា បច្ចុប្បន្នគម្រោង SAAMBAT គ្របដណ្តប់ក្នុងខេត្តគោលដៅចំនួន ១២ ដោយឡែកខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ទទួលបានផ្លូវជនបទសរុបចំនួន ៦ខ្សែ មានប្រវែងសរុប ៥៥,០៨ គ.ម ក្នុងនោះផ្លូវចំនួន ៣ខ្សែ ស្ថិតក្នុងឯកភ្នំ ត្រូវបានស្ថាបនារួចរាល់ក្នុងជំហានទី១។ ចំណែកផ្លូវចំនួន ៣ខ្សែទៀត (១ នៅស្រុកថ្មគោល និង ២ នៅស្រុកបវេល) កំពុងបន្តស្ថាបនាក្នុងជំហានទី២ និងសម្រេចលទ្ធផលការងារសាងសង់បានជាង ៨០% ដោយនឹងបិទបញ្ចប់ក្នុងខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខ៕

As of May 15, 2026, the rural road construction team of the SAAMBAT project of the Ministry of Rural Development has inspected the rural road P6R01 (Beung Pring - Lvea) under Package W-06A (Lot-1) in Battambang province.

The road has a total length of 16.302 km, out of 15.640 km paved with Double Bituminous Surface Treatment (DBST) and 0.662 km paved with Reinforced Concrete (RC), with 1 location of box culvert, 30 locations of pipe culverts, and U-Drains along both sides of the road, totalling 0.853 km, connecting Beung Pring village, Beung Pring commune, Thma Koul district to Ream Sena village, Lvea commune, Bavel district, Battambang province. The road will directly benefit 3,993 households, representing 16,800 people, of whom 8,476 are women (50.5%), and indirectly benefit 2,171 households, representing 10,617 people, of whom 5,367 are women (50.6%).

The construction technical team thoroughly examined the proof rolling test and the bituminous prime coat on the road. Additionally, they inspected the installation of guide posts and supplemented deficiencies in grass planting near the road. Currently, this road line has achieved more than 80% construction progress and is expected to be completed soon.

It is worth noting that the SAAMBAT project is being implemented in 12 target provinces, while Battambang province is receiving 6 rural roads, spanning 55.08 km, of which 3 roads in Aek Phnom district were completed during phase 1. And the other 3 roads (1 in Thma Koul and 2 in Bavel districts) are currently under construction as part of phase 2 and have achieved more than 80% of the construction work, with completion in June 2026.
