Before October ends, take a moment.

Be thankful for all the growth this month brought, for the strength you found when the days grew shorter, and for the moments of simple, cozy joy you allowed yourself to have. You did good work, you loved well, and you made it through. Now, let it go. You are loved, you are ready, and you are resilient. Turn your face toward the calm promise of November; there is more love, more rest, and more light waiting for you there.

So be thankful for what was, and ready for what will be. 🫶🏻
