នៅក្នុងទិវាដ៏នក្ខត្តឫក្សវិសេសវិសាល និងជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រនៃព្រះរាជពិធីបុណ្យចម្រើនព្រះជន្មវស្សាគម្រប់ **៩០ ព្រះវរស្សា ឈានចូល ៩១ ព្រះវរស្សា** (ផ្អែកលើឆ្នាំ២០២៦) របស់ **សម្ដេចព្រះមហាក្សត្រី នរោត្ដម មុនិនាថ សីហនុ ព្រះវររាជមាតាជាតិខ្មែរ ក្នុងសេរីភាព សេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និងសុភមង្គល** មន្ត្រីរាជការ កងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ និងប្រជានុរាស្ត្រខ្មែរគ្រប់រូបនៅទូទាំងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងនៅក្រៅប្រទេស សូមព្រះបរមរាជានុញ្ញាតលំឱនកាយវាចាចិត្ត ក្រាបបង្គំទូលថ្វាយនូវព្រះសព្ទសាធុការពរជ័យ បវរសួស្ដី មហាប្រសើរគ្រប់ប្រការ ថ្វាយចំពោះព្រះអង្គ។
តាំងពីអតីតកាលរហូតមកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន ព្រះមហាក្សត្រី ព្រះវររាជមាតាជាតិខ្មែរ តែងតែមានព្រះរាជហឫទ័យជ្រះថ្លាបរិសុទ្ធ ដោយបានលះបង់ព្រះកាយពល និងព្រះបញ្ញាញាណយ៉ាងខ្លាំងក្លា ក្នុងការដង្ហែតាមជានិច្ចនូវព្រះរាជសកម្មភាពដ៏ឧត្ដុង្គឧត្ដមរបស់ **ព្រះករុណា ព្រះបាទសម្ដេចព្រះ នរោត្ដម សីហនុ ព្រះមហាវីរក្សត្រ ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ** ដើម្បីបុព្វហេតុជាតិមាតុភូមិ ឯករាជ្យភាព យុត្តិធម៌ សាមគ្គីភាព និងការបង្រួបបង្រួមជាតិ។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ព្រះអង្គគឺជា **«និមិត្តរូបនៃសន្តិភាព ព្រះគុណ និងព្រះរាជហឫទ័យមេត្តាករុណា»** យ៉ាងពិតប្រាកដ ដោយព្រះអង្គតែងតែយកព្រះរាជហឫទ័យទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់ ចំពោះសុខទុក្ខ និងជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជានុរាស្ត្រគ្រប់រូប តាមរយៈព្រះរាជសកម្មភាពមនុស្សធម៌ដ៏ធំធេង និងការជួយឧបត្ថម្ភគាំទ្រដល់វិស័យសង្គមកិច្ច អប់រំ សុខាភិបាល និងវប្បធម៌ជាតិ។

From the past to the present day, Her Majesty the Queen Mother has always possessed a pure and devoted royal heart, dedicating Her physical strength and profound wisdom to constantly accompanying the noble royal activities of **His Majesty King Norodom Sihanouk, the Great Heroic King, King-Father "Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh"**, for the cause of the motherland, independence, justice, solidarity, and national reconciliation.
Furthermore, Her Majesty is truly **"The Symbol of Peace, Virtue, and Compassion."** She has always shown the highest care for the well-being and livelihood of all citizens through Her immense humanitarian efforts and Her unwavering support for social welfare, education, healthcare, and national culture.
> On this gloriously blessed occasion, we all raise our hands in prayer to the Triple Gem, all sacred beings in the world, the guardian angels of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the souls of all past Cambodian Kings and Queens—especially the royal spirit of the late King-Father—to watch over, protect, and grant the most sublime blessings to Her Majesty the Queen Mother.
