It's Not About The Nail "Don't try to fix it. I just need you to listen." Every man has heard these words. And they are the law of the land. No matter what.

I always ask people I know, especially children and young people that “what job do you want to do in the future?” Or “what do you want to be in the future?”but now I have one new question that helps people to think wisely “what problem you want to solve in the world?” You can try to ask your children if you want and I’m happy to know the feedback.
