Cambodia stands for peace, not war. We pursue justice through the International Court of Justice (ICJ), while Thailand turns away from dialogue and chooses military force.

In places around the world, conflict is raging, international law is being trampled, and hunger and displacement are at record levels. Yet, peace is a choice.

“Diplomacy may not have always succeeded in preventing conflicts, violence and instability – but it still holds the power to stop them,” says UN Secretary-General António Guterres, stressing:

“We need to renew our commitment to the multilateral spirit of peace through diplomacy.”
