3. មានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារផ្នែកឌីហ្សាញច្រើនជាងមួយឆ្នាំ បទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការរចនាប្លង់ផ្ទះ និងវីឡាត្រូវបានពេញចិត្ត។
4. ការចតតាមបច្ចេកទេសនៅការដ្ឋានសំណង់។

3、1年以上设计工作经验，排屋、别墅户型设计经验优先考虑；
