We're looking for an experienced React developer to join the team and would love to hear from you if you are:
● A fast learner and curious by nature
● Possess excellent communication skills
● Proficient experience with React JS
● Understand JavaScript ES2015.
● Experience with Web and Mobile development using React
● Understand the Internet, how websites work, IP addresses, basic networking etc
● Linux and basic console commands
● Basic experience in servers and databases.

Demonstrate Team Leadership and Team Management skills

· Demonstrate Requirement Gathering capabilities

· Work closely with the Product Owner and Technical Team Leaders.

· Assist development team solve technical issues and remove blockages

· Knows when to dig further and to check teams’ opinions

· Manage a backlog and a Sprint of work

· Conduct daily stand up meetings and help resolve blockages with the team as soon as possible

· Ensure team delivers to the best of their ability and that all requirements are fully understood

· Ensure the team have all the resources and information they need to deliver

· Ensure all teams co-ordinate and communicate effectively

· Check and improve on all processes during the development cycle

· Regular checks that testing environments are running and ensure that there is feedback presented to the team when appropriate

· Can suggest suitable training for the technical team where appropriate

· Regularly reports progress and can help put together documentation when needed
