ANNEX SCAPE Architectural Design Studio

Originally built as a factory between 1950 and 1960, during the reign of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk, Preah Borom Ratanak Kaodth ព្រះករុណាព្រះបាទសម្តេចព្រះនរោត្តម សីហនុ «ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ», the building stands as a significant symbol of Cambodia’s industrial and architectural heritage.

Our car showroom design draws inspiration from the warehouse’s existing roof structure, a remarkable symbol of craftsmanship from a bygone era. This roof represents the “OLD”, with its historical depth, while the showcased cars embody the “NEW”, reflecting modern innovation. Together, they create a harmonious dialogue, enhancing the value of both elements.

The transparent facade highlights the cars as the focal point, allowing the architecture to subtly frame the display. Inside, dark tones and reflective surfaces provide a dramatic backdrop that emphasizes the vehicles, while the preserved roof structure bridges past and present, adding character and depth.

This concept celebrates the coexistence of history and innovation, transforming the showroom into a timeless space where old and new enrich one another, offering a truly inspiring experience.

ពួកយើងពិតជារីករាយដែលបាន ចូលរួមជាផ្នែកតូចមួយនៅក្នុងការបំផុសគំនិតរចនាផ្ទះមួយប្រភេទដែលមានឈ្មោះថា ‘’ The Legacy Villa ‘’ នៅក្នុងបុរី Borey Williams។ ភាពសាមញ្ញ នឹងល្អឥតខ្ចោះរបស់វីឡាមួយនេះ បានធ្វើឲ្យវីឡាមួយនេះក្លាយជាវីឡាដែលលក់ដាច់បានចំនួនច្រើនជាងគេ។

ភាពសាមញ្ញ, ទំនើប, ទាន់សម័យ, សម្បូរបែប គឺជាពាក្យដែលយើងប្រើប្រាស់ដើម្បីពណ៌នាពីការរចនានៃបុរីលំនៅដ្ឋានសម័យថ្មីមួយដែលមានឈ្មោះថា Legacy Villa ។

ក្រោមអត្ថន័យនៃការប្រើពាក្យពេចន៍ខាងលើ យើងបង្កើតបានគំនិតនិងរំលេចចេញជារូបរាងផ្ទះវីឡាមួយដែលប្រកបទៅដោយគុណភាព, ផាសុកភាព, សោភ័ណ្ឌភាព ព្រមទាំងផ្ដល់នូវតម្រូវការពេញលេញ។ បូករួមនិងការបំលែងឲ្យមានលំហឯកជនភាពសម្រាប់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ដូចជា កន្លែងទទួលភ្ញៀវ និងកន្លែងទទួលទានអាហារជាប់ជាមួយនិងសួនបៃតងនៅខាងក្រៅ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះយើងបានបង្កើតកញ្ចក់បង្អួចធំមួយនៅជាប់ជណ្ដើរដើម្បីទាញយកពន្លឺ និង បង្កើតនៅសោភ័ណ្ឌភាពរបស់ផ្ទះមួយកំរិតបន្ថែមទៀត។

The Legacy Villa is modern, young, sophisticated, smooth, edgy, stylish, and rich. Those are the words used to describe the design of this modern-age residential. By these words, we can transform a private space such as the living area and dining area to be more open and use glass and wooden doors to connect the interior and outside, giving more light and making shading to help sustain the house and keep privacy. Ultimately, which is living in confined space.
