People's Action for Inclusive Development

PAfID proudly continues our support to the National Inclusive Employment Forum, reaffirming our long-standing commitment to promoting equal access to decent work for persons with disabilities.

Aligned with Article 27 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD), we believe that employment is a foundation for dignity, self-reliance, and full participation in society. When workplaces are inclusive, our economy becomes more innovative, productive, and resilient.

PAfID remains actively engaged in contributing to the implementation of the National Disability Strategic Plan (NDSP) 2024–2028, ensuring that inclusive employment is not just discussed, but practiced and strengthened across sectors.

Together, we move towards a society where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, grow, and lead.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY), the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT), the National Employment Agency (NEA), the private sector, and all development partners for their continued collaboration and commitment.
