ខេត្តសៀមរាប៖ ថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្ន្នាំ២០២៦ យុវជនស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលភីឌីសាខាខេត្តសៀមរាប ចំនួន៥នាក់ ស្រី៤នាក់ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឃុំចាឈូក ស្រុកអង្គរជុំ ខេត្តសៀមរាប។

គោលបំណង បង្ហាញពីផលប៉ះពាល់នៃការប្រើប្រាស់គ្រឿងស្រវឹងនៅក្នុងសហគមន៌ និងស្វែងរកវិធានការរួមគ្នាដើម្បីទប់ស្កាត់ផលប៉ះពាល់នៃគ្រឿងស្រវឹងនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍”

សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា សកម្មភាពអប់រំផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីផលប៉ះពាល់នៃការប្រើប្រាស់គ្រឿងស្រវឹងនេះ គឺដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់គោលនយោបាយភូមិឃុំមានសុវត្ថិភាពនៅតាមសហគមន៌ផងដែរ។

(វគ្គទី១) នៅសាលប្រជុំសាលាសង្កាត់ព្រែកព្រះស្តេច ក្រុងបាត់ដំបង ដែលអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន៣០នាក់ ស្រី ១៧នាក់ មកពីឃុំ សង្កាត់ចំនួន១៣ នៃក្រុងបាត់ដំបង ស្រុកថ្មគោល ស្រុកសង្កែ ស្រុកបាណន់ ស្រុកឯកភ្នំ និងស្រុកបវេល។ វគ្គនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បី ពិភាក្សា រៀនសូត្រ ចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងដល់យុវជនបានយល់ដឹងពីសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ប្រជាធិតេយ្យ អភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ សិទ្ធិដែលធានាដោយច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងការចូលរួមរបស់យុវជនជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ និង តួនាទីរបស់យុវជនក្នុងការចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ និងពិភាក្សាផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកពីភាពប្រឈមនានាដែលកើតមានឡើងនៅសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។ បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់វគ្គនេះ យុវជនអាចមានសមត្ថភាពដូចខាងក្រោម៖
- យល់ដឹងពីប្រវត្តិនៃសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស អត្ថន័យនៃសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ចរិតលក្ខណៈនៃសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស បទដ្ឋាននៃសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងសិទ្ធិមនុស្សជាមូលដ្ឋាន។
- យល់ដឹងពីប្រវត្តិនៃប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ គោលការណ៍សំខាន់នៃប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងផលប្រយោជន៍នៃប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។
- យល់ដឹងពីអត្ថន័យនៃអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ តួអង្គសំខាន់ៗនៃអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ និងគោលការណ៍នៃអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ
- យល់ដឹងពីសិទ្ធិដែលបានធានានៅក្នុងច្បាប់ជាតិក្នុងការចូលរួមរបស់យុវជនជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ។
- យល់ដឹងពីតួនាទីរបស់យុវជនក្នុងការចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ។
- យុវជននឹងយកចំណេះដឹងដែលទទួលបានពីវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្ដាលនេះ ទៅផ្សព្វផ្សាយបន្តដល់សហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។

វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាពយុវជននេះ គឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃគម្រោង «យើងជាចំណែកនៃការសម្រេចចិត្ត! ការផ្ដល់សិទ្ធិអំណាចដល់យុវជន គឺជាគន្លឹះក្នុងការបង្កើតគោលនយោបាយប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្នសម្រាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា» ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រមូលនិធិពីសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប និងក្រសួងសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉្លង់សម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។

On June 21, 2026, PDP Center’s Battambang Branch, organized a Youth capacity development training course on “Human rights, democracy, good governance, the rights of youth guaranteed in the law regarding participation in national and sub-national administrations, and the role of youth in participating in sub-national administrations” of the project "We are part of the decision! Youth empowerment is the key to creating sustainable policies for Cambodia" Be part of! (Session 1) at Sangkat Prek Preash Sdach meeting hall, Battambang city, with a total of 30 participants including 17 females from 13 communes/Sangkats of Battambang city, Thmor Koul district, Sangke district, Banan district, Ek Phnom district and Bavel district. This session is designed to discuss, learn, and share knowledge with young people to understand human rights, democracy, good governance, rights guaranteed by law related to youth participation in national and sub-national administrations, and the role of youth in participating in sub-national administrations, and to discuss and exchange experiences with each other about the challenges that occur in their communities. After completing this course, youth will be able to:
- Understand the history of human rights, the meaning of human rights, the nature of human rights, human rights standards and fundamental human rights.
- Understand the history of democracy, the main principles of democracy and the benefits of democracy.
- Understand the meaning of good governance, the main actors of good governance and the principles of good governance
- Understand the rights guaranteed in national law to the participation of youth in national and sub-national administration.
- Understand the role of youth in engaging with sub-national administration.
- The youth will take the knowledge gained from this training course and disseminate it to their communities.

Youth capacity development training course is part of the project “Be part of it! Youth empowerment as a key to inclusive policy making for Cambodia,” funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.

(វគ្គទី១) នៅសណ្ឋាគារសាំងជូអារី ក្រុងសៀមរាប ដែលអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន២៥នាក់ ស្រី ១៦នាក់ មកពីឃុំ សង្កាត់ចំនួន១០ នៃក្រុងសៀមរាប ស្រុកពួក និងស្រុកអង្គរជុំ។ វគ្គនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បី ពិភាក្សា រៀនសូត្រ ចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងដល់យុវជនបានយល់ដឹងពីសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ប្រជាធិតេយ្យ អភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ សិទ្ធិដែលធានាដោយច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងការចូលរួមរបស់យុវជនជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ និង តួនាទីរបស់យុវជនក្នុងការចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋ បាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ និងពិភាក្សាផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកពីភាពប្រឈមនានាដែលកើតមានឡើងនៅសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។ បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់វគ្គនេះ យុវជនអាចមានសមត្ថភាពដូចខាងក្រោម៖
- យល់ដឹងពីប្រវត្តិនៃសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស អត្ថន័យនៃសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ចរិតលក្ខណៈនៃសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស បទដ្ឋាននៃសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងសិទ្ធិមនុស្សជាមូលដ្ឋាន។
- យល់ដឹងពីប្រវត្តិនៃប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ គោលការណ៍សំខាន់នៃប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងផលប្រយោជន៍នៃប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។
- យល់ដឹងពីអត្ថន័យនៃអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ តួអង្គសំខាន់ៗនៃអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ និងគោលការណ៍នៃអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ
- យល់ដឹងពីសិទ្ធិដែលបានធានានៅក្នុងច្បាប់ជាតិក្នុងការចូលរួមរបស់យុវជនជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ។
- យល់ដឹងពីតួនាទីរបស់យុវជនក្នុងការចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ
- យុវជននឹងយកចំណេះដឹងដែលទទួលបានពីវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្ដាលនេះ ទៅផ្សព្វផ្សាយបន្តដល់សហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។

វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាពយុវជននេះ គឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃគម្រោង «យើងជាចំណែកនៃការសម្រេចចិត្ត! ការផ្ដល់សិទ្ធិអំណាចដល់យុវជន គឺជាគន្លឹះក្នុងការបង្កើតគោលនយោបាយប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្នសម្រាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា» ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រមូលនិធិពីសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប និងក្រសួងសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉្លង់សម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។

On June 21, 2026, PDP Center’s Siem Reap Branch, organized a Youth capacity development training course on "Human rights, democracy, good governance, the rights of young people guaranteed in the law regarding participation in national and sub-national administrations, and the role of youth in participating in sub-national administrations" of the project "We are part of the decision! Youth empowerment is the key to creating sustainable policies for Cambodia" Be part of! (Session 1) at The Sanctuary Residence, Siem Reap city, with a total of 25 participants including 16 females from 10 communes and Sangkats of Siem Reap city, Pouk district and Angkor Chum district. This session is designed to discuss, learn, and share knowledge with young people to understand human rights, democracy, good governance, rights guaranteed by law related to youth participation in national and sub-national administrations, and the role of youth in participating in sub-national administrations, and to discuss and exchange experiences with each other about the challenges that occur in their communities. After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the history of human rights, the meaning of human rights, the nature of human rights, human rights standards and fundamental human rights.
- Understand the history of democracy, the main principles of democracy and the benefits of democracy.

(វគ្គទី១) នៅហាងគុជកាហ្វេ ក្រុងកំពង់ចាម ដែលអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន២៧នាក់ មកពីឃុំ សង្កាត់ចំនួន៧ នៃក្រុងកំពង់ចាម និងស្រុកកំពង់សៀម។ វគ្គនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងដល់ស្រ្តីវ័យក្មេងអំពីការតម្រង់ទិសគោលដៅ ការគិតស៊ីជម្រៅ និងការទំនាក់ទំនងប្រកដបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងពិភាក្សាផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកពីភាពប្រឈមនានាដែលកើតមានឡើងនៅសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។ បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់វគ្គនេះ អ្នកចូលរួមអាចមានសមត្ថភាពដូចខាងក្រោម៖
- យល់ដឹងពីអត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃការតម្រង់ទិសគោលដៅការងារ និងការតម្រង់ទិសគោលដៅខ្លួនឯង
- យល់ពីប្រភេទនៃការគិតបែបស៊ីជម្រៅ និងផលប្រយោជន៍នៃការគិតស៊ីជម្រៅ ព្រមទាំងឧបសគ្គនៃការគិតស៊ីជម្រៅ។
- យល់ដឹងពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការទំនាក់ទំនងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធិភាព និងដំណើរការនៃការទំនាក់ទំនងនិង ព្រមទាំងលក្ខណៈនៃការទំនាក់ទំនង។
- យកចំណេះដឹងដែលទទួលបានពីវគ្គនេះទៅផ្សព្វផ្សាយបន្តដល់សហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។

វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំដល់ស្រ្តីវ័យក្មេងនេះ គឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃគម្រោង «យើងជាចំណែកនៃការសម្រេចចិត្ត! ការផ្ដល់សិទ្ធិអំណាចដល់យុវជន គឺជាគន្លឹះក្នុងការបង្កើតគោលនយោបាយប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្នសម្រាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា» ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រមូលនិធិពីសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប និងក្រសួងសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉្លង់សម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។

On June 21, 2026, PDP Center’s Kampong Cham Branch, organized a leadership training course for young women of the project "We are part of the decision! Youth empowerment is the key to creating sustainable policies for Cambodia" Be part of! (Session 1), at Kuch Café Shop, Kampong Cham city, with a total of 27 participants from 7 communes and sangkats of Kampong Cham city and Kampong Siem district. This session is designed to share knowledge with young women about goal orientation, critical thinking, and effective communication, and to discuss and exchange experiences with each other about the challenges that arise in their communities. After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the benefits of goal-oriented work and goal-oriented self-directed work
- Understand the types of critical thinking and the benefits and challenges of critical thinking.
- Understand the importance of effective communication and the process of communication and the nature of communication.
- Take the knowledge gained from this course and disseminate it to their communities.
