នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ មន្ទីរពិសោធន៍ SPEC សហការជាមួយអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ កិច្ចការប្រកួតប្រជែង និងបង្រ្កាបការក្លែងបន្លំ «ក.ប.ប.» នៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មគាំទ្រដោយទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិនៃប្រទេសជប៉ុន (JICA) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ស្ដីពី «ការវាយតម្លៃពីប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃគោលការណ៍ HACCP ដើម្បីបង្កើនការគ្រប់គ្រងសុវត្ថិភាពម្ហូបអាហារនៅកម្ពុជា» ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោក​ ស៉ិន​ ស៉ីដេត អគ្គនាយករង និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ឯកឧត្តម ផាន អូន ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយក នៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន ក.ប.ប. ។ នៅសណ្ឋាគារកាំបូឌីយ៉ាណា។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងតំណាងវិស័យឯកជនផងដែរ។

SPEC Laboratory, in collaboration with the Consumer Protection, Competition and Fraud Repression Directorate-General (CCF) of the Ministry of Commerce, supported by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), organized a consultation workshop on “Focus on Evaluating the Effectiveness of HACCP based Approach to Enhance Food Safety Administration in Cambodia” under the chairmanship of Mr. SIN Sidet, Deputy Director General and High Representative of His Excellency Phan Aun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in Charge as General Department of CCF. At the Cambodiana Hotel. The workshop was attended by representatives from line ministries, relevant institutions, and private sector representatives.

According to WHO research in 2010, Foodborne loss of years among 100,000 people (DALYs) in South East Asia region, including Cambodia, is
(A) 293 years / 100,000 people.

(B) As of 2022, GNI (Gross National Income) per capita of Cambodia is USD 1,690.
(C) As of 2022, population of Cambodia is 16.8 million.

Therefore, estimated Economic Loss relating to Foodborne Diseases in Cambodia would be "USD 83 million". (A) x (B) x (C)

This figure is surprisingly huge, isn't it?

From economic perspective, we also believe SPEC could serve for the people of Cambodia!


យោងតាមការស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់អង្គការសុខភាពពិភពលោកក្នុងឆ្នាំ 2010 ការបាត់បង់ចំណីអាហារជាច្រើនឆ្នាំក្នុងចំណោមមនុស្ស 100,000 នាក់ (DALYs) នៅក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ រួមទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។
(ក) ២៩៣ ឆ្នាំ / ១០០,០០០ នាក់។

(ខ) គិតត្រឹមឆ្នាំ 2022 GNI (ចំណូលសរុបជាតិ) ក្នុងមនុស្សម្នាក់របស់កម្ពុជាគឺ 1,690 ដុល្លារ។
(គ) គិតត្រឹមឆ្នាំ ២០២២ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាមាន ១៦,៨ លាននាក់។

ដូច្នេះ ការប៉ាន់ប្រមាណការខាតបង់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចទាក់ទងនឹងជំងឺដែលបង្ករដោយចំណីអាហារនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជានឹងមាន "៨៣ លានដុល្លារ"។ (A) x (B) x (C)
