📢 Volunteer Opportunity with SBB Cambodia!

SBB Cambodia is looking for volunteers to support and coordinate the end-of-year student assessments for Grade 1 to Grade 3 students at our target primary schools in:

📍 Siem Reap Province: Srei Snam and Kralanh districts
📍 Oddar Meanchey Province: Chong Kal district

👉 If you are interested, please submit your application to the Kralanh or Srei Snam office, or contact the phone numbers provided in the poster.
⌛️ Application Deadline: 30 June 2026 at 5:00 PM.

Empowering teachers with the right tools and ongoing support is at the heart of sustainable educational development. Under SBB Cambodia's Transform Education Program, the Maths Teacher Mentoring project works directly with primary school educators to integrate interactive materials and practical pedagogy into their classrooms. When educators feel supported, student engagement and proficiency naturally rise.

[English Below] សប្ដាហ៍នេះ អង្គការ SBB កម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំវេទិកាឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង និងរៀនសូត្រពីគម្រោងបរិវត្តអប់រំ ខេត្តសៀមរាបដោយមានការបង្ហាញពីលទ្ធផលវាយតម្លៃពាក់កណ្ដាលគម្រោង និងការចូលរួមពិភាក្សាជាមួយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗចំនួន ២៩ នាក់។ រដ្ឋបាលស្រុក ប្រធានការិយាល័យអប់រំស្រុក ទីប្រឹក្សាជំនាញ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសាលា និងគ្រូបង្រៀន បានពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងសកម្មលើអនុសាសន៍របស់គម្រោង ដោយផ្តោតលើនិរន្តរភាពកម្រិតស្ថាប័ន និងភាពជាម្ចាស់នៅមូលដ្ឋានរបស់គម្រោងក្នុងដំណាក់កាលបន្ទាប់។

ទស្សនៈ និងមតិយោបល់ទាំងនេះត្រូវបានយកជាធាតុចូលក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ២០២៦–២០២៩ របស់អង្គការ SBB កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីធានាថាគោលដៅយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររបស់អង្គការ ត្រូវបានកំណត់ដោយផ្អែកលើជំនាញ និងតម្រូវរបស់សហគមន៍ក្នុងមូលដ្ឋានផ្ទាល់។

This week, SBB Cambodia convened the Transform Education Program (TEP) Siem Reap Learning Forum to present midterm evaluation findings and engage 29 key stakeholders in collective reflection. District Governors, Head of District Office of Educations, Master Mentors, school leaders, and teachers actively discussed on project recommendations, focusing on institutional sustainability and local ownership as the project moves toward its next phase.

These insights directly informed the development of the next phase of TEP Siem Reap and SBB Cambodia’s 2026–2029 Strategic Plan, ensuring that our strategic goals are directly informed by the expertise and priorities of the local education community.

This week, a dedicated group of friends are cycling the length of Ireland to raise funds in support of SeeBeyondBorders and children’s education in Cambodia.🇰🇭🚴‍♂️🏫🌏

Paul, Donal, Declan, Maeve and Liam (joined by John and Alan along the way) are cycling from the most southerly point of Ireland to the most northerly - over 600km - all as part of The Mizen to Malin Cycle for Cambodian Education!

Along the route, Cambodian Irish Aid Fellows studying in Ireland had the opportunity to meet and cheer on the group - a wonderful moment of connection and shared commitment to education and brighter futures.🤝

We’re incredibly grateful for the dedication, energy and support behind this inspiring initiative. Every kilometre cycled and euro raised will make a difference for children in Cambodia.
