This family lived in Opheakspea village. My involvement with them and going through their sorrow was the beginning of the concept to build Lotus House. It was less than 12 months after this photo was taken that this lovely lady lost her battle with breast cancer...
Her daughters are doing well, living in SR, one working and the other attending high school..
I'm in regular contact with them and see them every time I'm in SR..
It's good to see them looking happy and settled into life...
When the Women's Health programs start at Lotus House we hope to see less and less suffering through lack of education about the importance of self examination and knowing your body...

Today, we are from concerned institutes as RDA , provincial Siem reap administration, Environmental department , Provincial Teacher Training College and others , planted 400 trees alongside Siem Reap river, Cambodia.

We always planted them around Siem Reap province also called all the concerned people to join for preserving . A word we can say is " tree is the source of living lives", "love tree is love your life".
