2020.04.05 HIM English Worship

So first of all, I want to reiterate what president Roosevelt asserted during his inauguration speech on March 4, 1933, at the peak of the Great Depression worldwide. “So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is...fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.”

How detrimental is unreasonable and unjustified terror! The whole world goes into the great depression because of it! Corona virus 19 is dangerous disease no doubt. We must take all measures against spreading. However, it should neither paralyze nor discourage our spirit of worship, fellowship and discipleship.

Although we will not congregate together, we will continue to seek God’s face and pray, care for God’s people through SNS, and invest time into God’s word. Our spiritual wellbeing will carry us through the COVID19 crisis.
