The brand transformation strategy he led at Mastercard has been developed into case studies at Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management.
His book Quantum Marketing has become a touchstone for marketing leaders and academics around the world.

Raja defines marketing not as a cost, but as a core driver of business growth.
