[Effect of this invention]
According to this idea, when the tension of the cable is measured, it can test the cables in various lengths by changing the length of the main body which the cable is fastened to corresponding with the length of the cable. Therefore, there is an effect that decrease the cost because it does not need extra test equipment.
Also, according to this invention, one device can test the cable by measuring tension of the cable on minimal area and with minimal equipment.
