The Scientific center in Kuwait is not a dumping hole!!!!

I am not against the idea of building and setting up a place for stray cats.
In fact, I was the first to create a design and submit it.

But unfortunately,
I have not seen any response from the concerned authorities, and they are not willing to cooperate with us. This is despite the fact that the Animal Welfare Law should have been implemented.

(Anyone who abandons their pet on the street should be held legally accountable under Law No. 112 of 2015 of the Gulf Cooperation Council, as well as the Kuwaiti animal ownership law.)

However, placing feeding stations in this way and promoting them with advertisements and hype will definitely encourage irresponsible people
those just waiting for an opportunity to dump their animals there once they get bored of them or don’t want to treat them anymore. Why???? 🚫
Because there are people who cannot bear seeing house cats or sick cats on the streets and who are these people?
Rescue groups and individual rescuers!!!!!
So what have we done in this situation?
We have increased the number of “dumping spots” (like bird markets), instead of having one controlled place, now there are many.
🚫 Enforcing the law is essential to hold negligent pet owners accountable so they think a million times before getting a pet 🚫

I hope no one gets upset by this post, but this is the truth.

انا مو ضد فكره بناء وتجهيز مكان لقطط الشارع
انا اول وحده سويت تصميم وقدمته
ولكن
للاسف
ماشفت اي تجاوب من الجهات المعنيه ولا يبون يحطون ايدنا بيدهم لان كان المفروض يتم تطبيق قانون حمايه الحيوان
(اي شخص بتخلي عن حيوانه بالشارع يتم محاسبته قانونيا ضمن قانون رقم ١١٢ لسنه٢٠١٥ لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي) وقانون الحيازه الكويتي.

ولكن وضع منصات اكل بهذي الطريقه وعمل اعلانات وبهرجه لها اكيد بيخلي ضعاف النفوس الي مايصدقون علي الله يلقون مكان يقطون فيه حيواناتهم بعد مايملون او مايبون يعالجونهم ليش؟؟؟؟؟؟🚫

لان في ناس قلبها ماتتحمل تشوف قطاوه بيوت بالشارع او قطاوه مرضي بالشارع .... الي اهم منو !!!! قروبات وأفراد الانقاذ !!!!!

شنو سوينا بهالحال!!!

زدنا اماكن (سوق الحمام) بدال لا يكون مكان واحد صار اكثر من مكااان

🚫تطبيق القانون لابد منه لمحاسبه مربي الحيوانات المهمله عشان يفكرون مليون مره قبل تربيه الحيوان 🚫
