The Citizen Arrest: Before police even arrived at the scene, heroic bystanders rushed to intervene. They successfully overpowered the attacker, restrained him, and confiscated the knife.

Under the Influence: Upon arrival, police patrols took the suspect into custody. Officers noted he appeared heavily under the influence of narcotics. A search revealed drugs and drug paraphernalia in his possession.

The Aftermath:
The suspect, born in 1988, has been referred to the General Department for Drug Control. He is now facing serious charges, including attempted murder and possession of narcotics with intent to use or traffic.
