🔹 Step 1: Degree Attestation from Home Country
✔ Attest your engineering degree from the Ministry of Education
✔ Attest from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
✔ Final attestation from the Kuwaiti Embassy in your home country

🔹 Step 2: Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
