🔥 CIFS Leadership in Action

Members of the Cayman Islands Fire Service (CIFS) Extended Leadership Team were proud to attend the CIG 2026 Senior Leadership Conference at the Kimpton Seafire, joining leaders from across the Civil Service.

Under the theme “Influence in Action: Leadership that Delivers,” the conference focused on how intentional leadership can strengthen accountability, drive alignment, and deliver meaningful results across the public service.

A key highlight was the leadership panel on “The Accountability Advantage,” which provided valuable insights into building a culture of true accountability within the Civil Service. Keynote speaker Scott Robley also delivered an inspiring session on using intentional influence to create lasting behaviour change.

It was a great opportunity for our leadership team to engage, learn, and continue strengthening our commitment to serving the Cayman Islands.
