While meeting with a client recently, they told us something that sparked a great strategic conversation on our end…

Someone who was managing their own social media said how great it was going but when our client asked a few questions it became clear this person was spending hours and hours per day doing it, rather than focusing on the actual daily tasks of their own business. This really made us think… we 100% see the value in the authentic content that comes from doing it yourself but unless you’re truly proficient in it and it’s a quick task for you, leaving you time to focus on your own business… it may be something to outsource.
