The Cayman Islands Brewery was launched in 2007. The company constructed a state of the art brewery incorporating a fully automated brew house, together with kegging, canning and bottling lines. Their objective from the start has been to deliver world-class products, but ones which are unique to the Cayman Islands. Their range of beers have won many awards in the international arena and are firmly established as the beers of choice in the Caymans, something of which we are extremely proud. The emphasis throughout their company is on environmentally friendly production and distribution, including returnable bottles.
The Cayman Islands Brewery Company is owned by both Cayman and UK shareholders with management and staff as key stakeholders.
At the present time, none of their beers are exported. Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman are the only places where you are available to purchase and enjoy their brews worldwide. So make sure you drink up their brews while you visit, because they don't want you to miss out!
They have a Tap Room which is located within the brewery site on the island. As you wander into the bar you find yourself right in the heart of the action, confronted with the delightful aroma of hops, malt and freshly brewed wort. Within the taproom itself, you can see into the brewhouse and see the brewers hard at work making our delicious local craft beers.
They have 6 draft taps at the bar with four core brands of beer and our seasonal beers too. Their knowledgeable bar staff were on hand to explain each of the beers before we pick which one to start enjoying first!

The Neon Museum visitors’ center is located inside the historic La Co**ha Motel lobby. This distinctive shell-shaped building was designed by acclaimed architect Paul Revere Williams. The curvilinear La Co**ha Motel lobby is a striking example of Mid-Century modern design characterized by Atomic- and Space Age shapes and motifs. Originally constructed in 1961 on Las Vegas Boulevard South (next to the Riviera Hotel), the La Co**ha lobby was saved from demolition in 2005 and moved in 2006 to its current location to serve as the museum’s Visitors’ Center. References to many of the lobby’s original interior design elements have been included in the newly refurbished facility, with two of the motel’s original signs – the mosaic lobby sign and a section of the main roadside sign – restored and illuminated as part of the museum’s rehabilitation efforts.
Most of our signs are exhibited in the Boneyard where they serve as inspiration to fascinated artists, students, historians and designers. It is home to some of the most treasured and world-famous signs of Las Vegas – Caesars Palace, Binion's Horseshoe, the Golden Nugget and the Stardust.
The two-acre Museum campus includes the adjacent Neon Boneyard Park, the Boneyard itself, which houses more than 200 historic signs, and the Neon Boneyard North Gallery which contains approximately 60 additional signs including signs from the Palms Casino Resort, New-New York, Lady Luck and O'Shea's and is also the site of our newest program, Brilliant!
Each sign in the collection has a unique story about who created it, what inspired it, where and when it was made, and how it fits into the development of Las Vegas and the city's rich history. Changes and trends in design and technology are also illustrated in the pieces that range from the 1930s to the present day.
When visiting the Neon Boneyard, you can view the signs at ground level and up close. Each has been donated or loaned by individuals, businesses or sign companies.
It's a popular destination not only for events and weddings, but also photographers, film and production crews from around the world, the North Gallery enables the museum to keep up with growing demand and international attention the signs bring. It provides a picturesque backdrop not only for Brilliant!, but also for weddings, special events, commercial special events, commercial and commemorative photo shoots as well as educational programs.
