Inclusion Cayman
Formerly known as the Special Needs Foundation of Cayman.
📻 Did you catch us on the radio?
Our inclusion facilitators Delroy and Nathan joined Orett Connor on Business Buzz, for a fantastic conversation about inclusive employment and education right here in the Cayman Islands.
They covered what real inclusion looks like in the classroom and the workplace, why it matters for our community, and how we can all do better, together.
Head over to YouTube for the full-length interview - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpUUc2Xafk4
Big thanks to Radio Cayman for the platform and to Orett for such a thoughtful conversation. 🙏

🌊🇰🇾"On islands founded upon the seas, we believe swimming is a fundamental right."
In partnership with the programme, our Community Life pillar lead Ryan, has been on the ground (and in the water!) supporting the delivery of lessons at Cayman's public schools, for over a year.
Providing guidance to session leads, he's worked alongside instructors, to ensure every child has the support they need to get in the water: whether that's building confidence, developing water safety skills, or perhaps discovering a love of swimming they never knew they had.
Organised swim lessons reduce the likelihood of drowning in young children by 88%, and for kids on an island where the sea is never far away, that's not just a skill. It's a lifeline.
