Last week after 24 hrs flight to Panama and 8 hrs jetlag, a quick training & paseo por Cinta costera. Shooting my abs while I still see them! 🇵🇦
Frequent, overseas travels are the worst for maintaining a fitness routine & a healthy lifestyle.
These pics are taken 2-3 days appart after almost not doing any form of exercise and overeating. I was surprised it didn't show how bad I've been. I guess the training and diet from before, gave me room to "expand".
How to look recognizable after a few days of doing the opposite than what is good for you:
A few weeks before:
- train as if you own the gym (Including cardio & stretching, not just weight training)
- diet as if you prepare for competition
During flights:
- stay hydrated, have healthy snacks, try to sleep in long flights, try to walk / take the stairs as many time you get the chance in airports
When you get to destination
Relax, enjoy, do any activities that are available, especially if you don't have them in your daily life. Indulge and find a gym, even if it's not the real thing, anything is better than nothing.
