ເຊິ່ງໃນວັນທີ 9 ມິຖຸນາ 2026 ທີ່ຜ່ານມາ ພະແນກ ວັດທະນະທຳ ແລະ ການທ່ອງທ່ຽວ ແຂວງສະຫວັນນະເຂດ ໄດ້ມີການຈັດພິທີວາງສີລາລຶກຢ່າງເປັນທາງການ ເຊິ່ງນັບເປັນອີກໜຶ່ງກ້າວສຳຄັນໃນການອະນຸລັກ ແລະ ພັດທະນາມໍລະດົກທາງວັດທະນະທຳອັນຊົງຄຸນຄ່າຂອງແຂວງສະຫວັນນະເຂດ. ໂດຍທີ່ໂຄງການນີ້ມີເປົ້າໝາຍໃນການປັບປຸງ ແລະ ຍົກລະດັບຫໍພິພິຕະພັນແຂວງໃຫ້ກາຍເປັນສູນກາງຂອງການຮຽນຮູ້, ການຄົ້ນຄວ້າ, ການອະນຸລັກ ແລະ ການເຜີຍແຜ່ເລື່ອງລາວດ້ານປະຫວັດສາດ, ວັດທະນະທຳ ແລະ ອັດຕະລັກທ້ອງຖິ່ນ ສູ່ສາທາລະນະຊົນໃນຮູບແບບທີ່ທັນສະໄໝ ແລະ ເຂົ້າເຖິງໄດ້ຫຼາຍຂຶ້ນ.

ໂດຍທີ່ໂຄງການນີ້ເກີດຂຶ້ນຈາກຄວາມຮ່ວມມືຈາກຫຼາກຫຼາຍພາກສ່ວນເຊິ່ງໃນດ້ານການບູລະນະ ແລະ ປັບປຸງອາຄານ ລວມທັງການອອກແບບພູມສັນຖານ (Landscape) ໄດ້ຮັບການອອກແບບໂດຍ APA Incorporated ຮ່ວມກັບ ASMA Architect. ສ່ວນການອອກແບບພາຍໃນ ແລະ ການຈັດວາງສະແດງ (Exhibition Design) ເປັນຜົນງານຂອງບໍລິສັດ MRA ໂດຍອີງໃສ່ການຄົ້ນຄວ້າດ້ານວິຊາການຈາກ EFEO ຂະນະທີ່ການກໍ່ສ້າງດຳເນີນໂດຍ ບໍລິສັດ ລືນາມ.

APA Incorporated is honored to have the opportunity to contribute the Comprehensive Renovation of the Savannakhet Province, implemented with the support of AFD (Agence Française de Développement) and the CHAMPA Project.

On 9 June 2026, the Department of Information, Culture and Tourism of Savannakhet Province officially held the foundation stone laying ceremony, marking an important milestone in the preservation and enhancement of the province’s rich cultural heritage. The project aims to renovate and upgrade the provincial museum into a modern center for learning, research, conservation, and public engagement, showcasing the history, culture, and unique identity of Savannakhet Province in a more accessible and contemporary way.

In addition to restoring the museum building and exhibition spaces, the project also focuses on creating an environment that supports education, cultural tourism, and the sustainable transmission of local heritage values to future generations. Through these efforts, the museum will serve not only as a repository of history and culture but also as a vibrant platform for knowledge exchange, community engagement, and cultural appreciation.

This project is the result of a collaborative effort among multiple stakeholders. The architectural restoration and building renovation, including the landscape design, were carried out by APA Incorporated in collaboration with ASMA Architect. The interior and exhibition design was developed by MRA based on academic research conducted by EFEO, while the construction works are being undertaken by Luenam Design and Construction.
