ພິທີມອບ-ຮັບ ລົດໃຫຍ່ ໃຫ້ແກ່ ພະແນກສຶກສາທິການ ແລະ ກິລາ ແຂວງສາລະວັນ

ໃນວັນທີ 4 ພຶດສະພາ 2026, ທີ່ພະແນກສຶກສາທິການ ແລະ ກິລາ ແຂວງສາລະວັນ ໄດ້ຈັດພິທີມອບ-ຮັບ ລົດໃຫຍ່ ຍີ່ຫໍ້/ລຸ້ນ Ford Ranger ຈໍານວນ 1 ຄັນ ຢ່າງເປັນທາງການ ເພື່ອນຳໃຊ້ເຂົ້າໃນການເຄື່ອນໄຫວວຽກງານ.

ໃຫ້ກຽດກ່າວມອບໂດຍ ທ່ານ ນາງ ເພັດສະລິນ ຈັນທະຜາສຸກ, ຜູ້ອຳນວຍການສະມາຄົມເຢຍລະມັນ-ລາວ ເພື່ອການພັດທະນາ (GLAD) ແລະ ກ່າວຮັບໂດຍ ທ່ານ ສຸນີ ນາມມະບົວລີ, ກຳມະການພັກແຂວງ, ຫົວໜ້າພະແນກສຶກສາທິການ ແລະ ກິລາ ແຂວງສາລະວັນ, ໂດຍມີຄະນະຮັບຜິດຊອບໂຄງການ ແລະ ພາກສ່ວນທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງເຂົ້າຮ່ວມເປັນສັກຂີພິຍານ.

Vehicle Handover Ceremony to the Salavan Provincial Department of Education and Sports

On May 4, 2026, an official ceremony was held at the Salavan Provincial Department of Education and Sports to mark the handover of one Ford Ranger pickup truck to be used for project operations.

The vehicle was officially presented by Ms. Phetsalinh Chanthaphasouk, Director of the German-Lao Association for Development (GLAD), and received by Mr. Sounee Nammaboualy, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Salavan Provincial Department of Education and Sports. The event was attended by the project management team and relevant stakeholders as witnesses.

This vehicle handover is part of a collaborative effort aimed at strengthening the capacity of the Provincial Department of Education and Sports in conducting field visits, monitoring, and evaluating project activities throughout the province. This support will ensure greater convenience and efficiency in operations, particularly in remote and hometreach areas.

On this occasion, Mr. Sounee Nammaboualy expressed his sincere gratitude and highly commended the support from the German-Lao Association for Development. He emphasized that this vehicle is a vital asset that will enable the project to achieve its targets and deliver maximum benefits to the people of Salavan Province.

From March 29–30, 2026, Mr. Michael Dirkx, Executive Director of Schmitz-Stiftungen (WPSS), conducted a field visit to monitor the progress of the “Promotion of Village Entrepreneurship through Basic Vocational Training Project, Phase II” in target areas of Salavan Province.
The visit received a warm welcome from:
🤝 The Salavan Provincial Education and Sports Service (PESS)
🤝 The District Education and Sports Offices (DESO) of Ta Oi and Salavan districts
🤝 Local authorities and community members.
📍 Visit Locations:
Ta Oi District: Seung-Tamong, La-Peung, and Padou villages.
Salavan District: Nawa village.
The primary objective of this mission was to monitor the implementation of field activities, specifically the crop cultivation and livestock programs provided to target groups. Additionally, the visit included an inspection of the construction of Community Learning Centers and essential infrastructure development, particularly community water supply systems. 🌿🐷🐔
