Our Story

Despite being a delicacy in Lebanon's mountain villages, ready to eat snails are rare to find. FBNC decided to cook its own snails and share them with you.

We are the pioneers in Lebanon to market freshly cooked snails and snail fillets. We prepare our snails following the traditional way, using the freshest ingredients and packaging our products through modern vacuum technology to enhance the shelf life in a chilled environment. We distribute our fine products in our own refrigerated vans to customers throughout Lebanon.

Traceability is the cornerstone of FBNC's food safety policy, this is why we take pride in sourcing raw materials from local producers by making sure to establish fair trade practices. FBNC kitchen is designed, built and managed in line with international food safety and hygiene standards.
