A day well spent at AJYAL, one last time.
Today we implemented a transformation at the school using the money we made from selling the kits.

The plants by activity!
We ended the day with a planting activity whereby the students learnt how to plant an olive tree. We chose this tree because it is a native Lebanese tree.
They planted it in a plastic bottle in order to apply what they learnt about ways to repurpose and reuse a plastic bottle. 🌎🌱

After discovering what they know about climate change, we went over a presentation to educate them more about the topic.
We are pleased to say that the students learnt a lot and were really engaged.
This was shown by the results we obtained from the second form we asked them to fill after the presentation.
They knew how to answer all questions and engaged in a conversation and gave their own solutions to the problem.
