This year at Eclat by Nell, we chose to return to the true meaning of the feast.

For Palm Sunday, we wanted something simple, beautiful, meaningful, spiritual and budget friendly, without losing the depth of what we celebrate.
In the Church.
Palm Sunday is the joyful entrance of our Lord Jesus Christ into Jerusalem, when the people welcomed Him with palm branches, crying “Hosanna!” It is the beginning of the holy journey toward Pascha — a feast of victory that already carries the light of the Resurrection within it.
That is why we chose a white candle 🤍
White reflects light, purity, and the radiant glory of Christ. It reminds us that even as we enter Holy Week, we walk toward the Resurrection. The white candle becomes a symbol of hope — the Light that no darkness can overcome.
We also chose olive and palm branches 🌿
The palm branch in the church tradition is a sign of victory and triumph — Christ’s victory over death.
The olive branch is a sign of peace, blessing, and reconciliation — reminding us that through Him, we are restored and renewed.
Simple. Pure. Meaningful.
