Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regulatory Affairs Officer to join a reputable local pharmaceutical company to join its growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company’s products meet all national and international regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare, compile, and submit regulatory dossiers for product registration, renewals, and variations in compliance with Lebanese Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and international regulations.
· Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and guidelines to ensure ongoing product compliance.
· Liaise with regulatory authorities to follow up on submissions and resolve any queries or deficiencies.
· Maintain regulatory files and records in accordance with internal procedures and industry standards.
· Track and maintain regulatory timelines and proactively flag potential delays or risks.
· Assist in regulatory audits and inspections by providing required documentation and support.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
· Strong knowledge of Lebanese regulatory frameworks (MoPH)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
