AI-assisted trichoscopy and FotoFinder follow-up, one month after the final exosome therapy session, continues to show encouraging scalp and follicular improvements in a patient with Discoid Lupus Erythematosus (DLE)-associated hair loss.

Findings demonstrate maintained hair density, ongoing follicular activity, improved scalp condition, and continued stabilization of inflammatory hair loss. These results further support the regenerative potential of exosome therapy as part of a comprehensive approach to DLE-associated alopecia.
