Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in visual design and motion graphics
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience in 2D motion graphics and semi-3D / parallax styles
• Ability to work on branding, social media visuals, and UI-related design
• Familiarity with Figma (or willingness to learn)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and composition
• Awareness of AI-assisted creative tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion and visual work
