The truth is, your highest moments don’t erase your lowest ones. They coexist. They shape each other.

Celebrate the wins.
Sit with the losses.
Feel the joy.
Honor the sadness.
Don’t rush yourself out of an emotion just because it feels uncomfortable.

Every season has something to teach you, and every version of you deserves compassion.
Maybe the goal isn’t to have a perfect life.
Maybe the goal is to fully live it.

Because what is life, if not a beautiful mixture of growth and setbacks, sunshine and storms, endings and new beginnings?

بحبّه وسع الكون ومش قادرة خبّره، مسامحته من قلبي ومش قادرة خبره، اشتقتلّه قد الدني ومش قادرة خبره.
