No protection without justice! Implemented in partnership with Trócaire and funded by RDPP, under the framework of “Improving access to rights and self-reliance of affected host and refugee communities in Lebanon through strengthening locally led interventions project. Women with disabilities bravely spoke up about their right to protection from violence. Sharing the daily struggles they face to feel safe, revealing the countless times their concerns have been overlooked, and the painful truth that protection is often a privilege rather than a right. They demand justice, understanding that true protection can only exist alongside it. Albert, a young man with special needs, was referred by UPT and is starting his new role in a space that already understands him, his rhythm, and his strengths. Through Tri-pulley, he is now supporting activities at École des Trois Docteurs, an inclusive school where he once studied.

Surrounded by a team that has known him for years, Albert is stepping into a role that blends what he enjoys; supporting sports sessions, engaging with children, and contributing to daily school activities.

Sometimes, the best opportunities are not about starting from scratch, but about growing in a place that already sees your potential.

ألبير، شاب عنده احتياجات خاصّة، تم تحويله من قبل UPT وبلّش شغله الجديد ضمن بيئة بتفهمه مسبقًا، وبتعرف نقاط ضعفه ونقاط قوّته. عبر Tri-pulley، صار اليوم يساعد بالأنشطة في مدرسة École des Trois Docteurs، وهي مدرسة دامجة كان هو نفسه طالب فيها سابقًا.

محاط بفريق بيعرفه من سنين، عم يدخل على دور جديد بيجمع بين الأشياء اللي بيحبها: دعم حصص الرياضة، التفاعل مع الأولاد، والمشاركة بالأنشطة اليومية داخل المدرسة.

أحيانًا أفضل الفرص مش إننا نبلّش من الصفر، بل إننا نكبر ونطوّر بمكان أصلًا شايف قدراتنا.

بيئة مألوفة، دور جديد، وخطوة لقدّام.
