Through my window.
The concepts of ‘home’ & ‘identity’ lie at the centre of the diasporic experience. Only children of the diaspora truly understand the nostalgia of an entire generation and the longing for an imagined memory of a ‘homeland.’
In this series, ‘imagined memory,’ I paint this nostalgia.
