Corex Travel is hiring TICKETING AGENT SPECIALIST:
Duties:
-Ensure effective and efficient coverage of all sales channels including telephone, online and direct sales
-Contribute to the achievement of the company annual business plan and KPI’s, in particular maximizing sales revenues through the efficient and effective sale of tickets, including platform optimization and holds management.
-To work closely with internal departments and oversee all ticketing financial set-up including campaigns, funds, fees, payment methods, appeals and advance reporting
-Develop and implement plans to promote and increase ticket sales for all events
-Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Good sales skills and customer oriented approach
- Well organized
