Senior Art Director

Job Mission:
To be involved in the conceptualization of creative solutions that conform to the creative briefs and effectively communicate the strategic intent for each tactic within the assigned products.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
o Idea Generation
o Team Relationships
o Art Direction/ Design
o Trends and Innovations in Communication media/ design/ technology

Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, or any equivalent
o 4+ years of experience in the field of advertising
o Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
o Knowledge of typography and kerning, advanced and creative retouching, crafting and grid structure, illustration, and photography
o Creativity/ Integrity
o Conceptual thinking
o Attention to details
o Visual Sense
o Problem solving
o Work under pressure
o Interpersonal skills
