Here are the terms and procedures below. Please copy and paste the terms into the LOI and forward the LOI to begin.

Commodity: Railway Track R50-65 (Grade A) Pressure Technology Quantity: Minimum/20,000 monthly/Maximum/100,000 monthly Price: $280
Trial order: No Trial Payment terms: 100% Transferable Irrevocable SBLC MT760 (Payable at buyer's port of destination after SGS inspection)
Delivery: Cost Insurance Freight (CIF) ONLY
Origin: Eastern Europe.
Inspection: By SGS at loading and unloading port. The inspection at unloading port shall be at Buyer’s cost, final and binding to the parties.
Packing: Sizes from 0.3m to 1.5m

Procedures: (Non-negotiable)
1. Seller issues (Soft Corporate Offer)
2. Buyer issues detail LOI/ICPO
3. Seller issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
4. Buyer signs, seals, return the FCO
5. Seller will issue contract open for amendments
6. Buyer signs and seals contract after revision and returns signed contract
(with amendments clearly marked) via electronic mail to the seller, along with a BCL
7. Seller issues final contract and the hard copies are signed and sent to the buyer
Delivery Period: First delivery within 8-14 days after verification and acceptance of the ARDLC, and thereafter every month (30 days) until the total quantity has been delivered.
Specification Parameter Chemical
According to the buyer’s standard specifications, which the buyer provided in his LOI/ICPO. We have already received the buyer’s specifications and we will do exactly with his criteria.
Top Quality Eastern European Grade A-European Standard
The seller shall provide insurance at his sole expense and responsible. Insurance shall cover all risks for One hundred and Ten (110%) and shall be class “A” as defined by the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce). Insurance shall be in favor of the buyer.

All costs at the loading port are on the account of the seller
All costs at the destination port are on the account of the buyer
SPECIAL CLAUSE: THERE SHALL BE PARTIAL SHIPMENT AND SELLER MUST PAY AN INDEMNITY FOR ANY DELAY OF SUPPLY ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACTUAL PERIOD.
ANY BUYER WHOM WANTS TO VISIT WAREHOUSE BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT MUST PAY FOR BUREAU VERITAS INSPECTION FEE
(5,000). BEFORE VISITING. (WE WILL ONLY SEND THE ANALYSIS TEST REPORT TO CLIENTS AFTER INSPECTION FROM BUREAU VERITAS TEAM) AND NOTES THAT THE PAYMENT FOR THE FEE SHALL BE DEDUCTED WHEN BUYER HAVE VISIT AND WANT TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT.
