Loulabay | The Story
When we were little kids, mom used to always do knitting work for us. She always created beautiful clothing items from wool. She knitted all shapes, sized, and colors of pants, jackets, sweaters, and even bootees.
It was always her passion, and she always enjoyed the process of knitting these baby clothing items from scratch. She learned various techniques and applied them on our clothes.
Mom always said: “Why go buy clothes from shops when I can create handmade, beautiful, and unique knitted clothes that will keep my babies warm during the winter?”
By the time we grew up and went to college, mom had stopped knitting for about 20 years. Recently, my sister got pregnant, so mom went to the market, she bought all kinds and colors of wool and tools, and began making the beautiful designs that you see here, specifically for my sister’s newborn.
