Mindset is one of the most important aspects when it comes to making physical progress.
Every exercise I perform I ensure that I'm present in the moment and mentally ready to push the weight and accurately count repetitions. This will allow you to push yourself past your limits and see physical change.
AVOID ALL OF THE DISTRACTIONS, This includes both the people in the gym and the problems you are having in your personal life. Use your phone only for changing music, not to scrolling through 50 posts and losing track of what you're even training. The gym YOUR time to better yourself, not the time to worry relationships problems.
