Let’s make this Christmas a cruelty free one! Meet our vegan, organic, sugar-free, high protein chocolate frosted buche de noel! It certainly took us a little time to get this right, but it was worth it! The filling, a double duo of rich nutritious vanilla cream paired with our to-die-for cinnamon-orange-dark chocolate and date syrup, and to tie it all together we topped it in dark chocolate cream, slow-roasted oranges, berries, chopped almonds and shavings of coconut and vegan white chocolate! This buche is not only high in protein, it’s absolutely brimming with nutrients and antioxidants. We also offer this buche in an organic low-sugar (not sugar free) white frosted exterior, chocolate mousse and strawberry jam filling, topped with fresh strawberries, red currants, chopped almonds, & chocolate shavings (see photo; *note buche in photo is vegetarian, on special request only) A very Merry Christmas it is!
