As part of our ongoing efforts to promote mental health awareness across schools and universities, Embrace conducted Support & Awareness Sessions for students at Lycée Montaigne School – Beit Shabab, creating a safe space for open dialogue and shared understanding.
During these sessions, our team introduced the National Lifeline (1564) for emotional support and su***de prevention. We also explored the impact of social media and AI on mental health, while highlighting the importance of speaking up and seeking help.
Our team engaged with students through dedicated sessions, while also meeting separately with parents to address their concerns, answer questions, and support them in navigating these conversations at home.
We stand with the community during difficult times and remain committed to being present, listening, and offering support every step of the way.
Because no one should face this alone.🤍

Dans le cadre de nos efforts continus pour promouvoir la sensibilisation à la santé mentale dans les écoles et les universités, Embrace a organisé des sessions de soutien pour les élèves du Lycée Montaigne – Beit Shabab, créant un espace sûr favorisant le dialogue ouvert et la compréhension mutuelle.
Au cours de ces sessions, notre équipe a présenté la Ligne Nationale (1564) pour le soutien émotionnel et la prévention du su***de. Nous avons également abordé l’impact des réseaux sociaux et de l’intelligence artificielle sur la santé mentale, tout en soulignant l’importance de s’exprimer et de demander de l’aide.
Notre équipe a échangé avec les élèves à travers des sessions dédiées, tout en rencontrant séparément les parents afin de répondre à leurs préoccupations et à leurs questions.
Nous restons aux côtés de la communauté durant cette période difficile et demeurons engagés à être présents, à écouter et à offrir notre soutien à chaque étape.
Parce que personne ne devrait affronter cela seul 🤍

في إطار جهودنا المستمرة لتعزيز الوعي بالصحة النفسية في المدارس والجامعات، نظّمت جمعية إمبرايس جلسات دعم وتوعية لطلاب Lycée Montaigne – بيت شباب، حيث وفّرنا مساحة آمنة للحوار المفتوح وتعزيز الفهم المشترك.
خلال هذه الجلسات، قام فريقنا بالتعريف حول الخط الوطني الساخن (1564) للدعم النفسي والوقاية من الانتحار. كما ناقشنا تأثير وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والذكاء الاصطناعي على الصحة النفسية، مع التأكيد على أهمية التعبير وطلب المساعدة.
هذا وتفاعل فريقنا مع الطلاب من خلال جلسات مخصصة، كما عقد لقاءات منفصلة مع الأهالي للاستماع إلى مخاوفهم، والإجابة على أسئلتهم، ودعمهم في إدارة هذه الحوارات داخل المنزل.
نقف إلى جانب مجتمعنا في هذه الأوقات الصعبة، ونبقى ملتزمين بالحضور والاستماع وتقديم الدعم في كل خطوة.
لأن لا أحد يجب أن يواجه ذلك بمفرده.🤍
