Similar to a real boxing match, 9Round features nine, three-minute rounds. A new round literally starts every three minutes, so you can show up WHENEVER YOU WANT and start your workout at the sound of the next buzzer.
‼️You’ll spend two minutes at a station, doing either cardio or strenght workout‼️
